Director of Music Ministry - Allen Everman

Allen has been serving as musical coordinator and choir director for St. Dorothy since April 2013.  Before that, he served as resident pianist/organist at Sacred Heart in Covina and was the choir director and pianist for the Inspirational Choir for over 15 years.  Outside of the church, Allen works professionally as a pianist and musical director throughout the Southern CA musical theatre circuit.  He is a member of the music department staff at Citrus College and has been the assistant musical director of the world-renown Citrus Singers since 2006.  This past year, Allen signed on as the resident musical director for Arcadia Stage at Arcadia High School.  When he is not behind the piano or directing, Allen works as a professional actor/singer and has been seen ON-stage at theaters such as 3D Theatricals, La Mirada Performing Arts Center, Candlelight Pavilion, The Welk Resort Theatre, and Glendale Center Theatre.
