Here are some important dates to remember for year one parents and candidates. 
September 7, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. – Orientation Meeting for all parents and candidates
September 14, 2021 – Confirmation classes begin
October 17, 2021 - Rite of Acceptance at the 5:00 p.m. Mass for all Candidates and Sponsors
November 12 -14, 2021 – Retreat (mandatory for all candidates)
The date of the Confirmation Ceremony is TBD in April or May of 2023 
All classes will be held on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. Each student will be required to complete ten service hours each year of the program for a total of twenty hours. Half of the service hours must be completed at St. Dorothy Church and half off-site. Each candidate must also attend a total of five other Life Teen events of their choosing during the 2021-2022 term. We also highly encourage the whole family to attend the Life Teen Mass on Sunday evenings at 5:00 p.m. together.  
The fee for year one is $300.00. Checks should be made out to “St. Dorothy Catholic Church.” Please write “Confirmation” and your teen’s name on the memo line. Credit card payments can be made in the parish
office. Payment can be made in full or based on the schedule below. 
September 7, 2021 - $150.00 
November 1, 2021 - $75.00 
January 11, 2022 - $75.00 
In order to register your candidate, Life Teen will need a copy of the candidate’s birth certificate, Baptismal
certificate, and First Holy Communion certificate.
