Vacation Bible School

Application Deadline: Thursday, May 1, 2025

If selected as a volunteer for this year’s VBS program, you must attend all required meetings, training sessions, and the first day of set-up. Failure to attend any of these sessions will result in disqualification from volunteering during VBS week. Additionally, volunteers must arrive on time and stay for the full duration of all meetings and training sessions. Please plan accordingly and request time off from work or other commitments in advance.

Mandatory Meeting & Training Schedule

📍 All sessions will take place in the Anita Doyle Building at St. Dorothy.

• Wednesday, May 7, 2025 | 7:00 – 8:30 PM – Volunteer Orientation Meeting
• Wednesday, June 11, 2025 | 7:00 – 8:30 PM – Volunteer Meeting
• Monday, July 7, 2025 | 6:00 – 8:30 PM – Volunteer Training
• Wednesday, July 9, 2025 | 6:00 – 8:30 PM – Volunteer Training
• Friday, July 11, 2025 | 6:00 – 8:30 PM – Volunteer Training
• Saturday, July 12, 2025 | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Set-up & Décor (Lunch Provided)
• Sunday, July 13, 2025 – Optional Set-up & Décor Day

Students: Service hours will be given for all meetings, training sessions, and set-up days.
